1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the tkop platform (the "Platform") in any capacity, you ("User", "You", "Your") enter into a legally binding agreement with tkop (the "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a contract between you and tkop. If you do not agree to any provision within these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.
Your continued use of the Platform following any modification or update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
Important: These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with tkop including but not limited to betting, gaming, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account management. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tkop reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
2.2 Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that online betting and gambling are legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you. tkop does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 Account Registration Requirements
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:
- Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
- Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
- Valid email address and phone number
- Residential address within Bangladesh
- Payment method details for deposits and withdrawals
You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Per Person
Each User may maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same User, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate all balances.
Verification: tkop reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.
3 Account Security & Responsibility
3.1 Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify tkop immediately via email at [email protected]. tkop will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access, except where such loss results directly from our negligence.
3.3 Account Sharing Prohibited
You may not allow any other person to use your account. You may not access or use any other User's account. Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise permitting another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tkop accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladesh banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method and your account status. Payment method availability may change at tkop's discretion.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account. tkop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless tkop determines in its sole discretion that an alternative method is appropriate. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified with satisfactory identity documentation
- All bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal
- Withdrawals may be subject to security checks and anti-fraud procedures
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-72 hours for verified accounts
4.4 Payment Method Ownership
All payment methods used on the Platform must be registered in your own legal name. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in transaction cancellation and possible account suspension.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkop does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
Anti-Money Laundering: tkop complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Suspicious transactions will be reported to appropriate authorities. You may be required to provide additional documentation or information to verify the source of your funds.
5 Betting Rules & Game Play
5.1 Bet Placement
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. tkop will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction.
5.2 Betting Limits
tkop reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game. Bet limits may vary depending on the sport, league, market type, and your account status. tkop may modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Settlement of Bets
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). tkop's decision on bet settlement is final except in cases of manifest error.
5.4 Voided Bets
tkop reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
- Obvious pricing error or technical malfunction
- Event cancellation or postponement beyond a reasonable timeframe
- Detection of fraudulent activity or collusion
- Violation of these Terms or applicable sports/game rules
In the event a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your account balance.
5.5 Game Providers
Casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. 6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Bonus Terms

7 Responsible Gaming
tkop is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and view betting and gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools:
7.1 Deposit Limits
Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
7.2 Session Reminders
Users may enable session reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
7.3 Self-Exclusion

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
8.1 Fraudulent Activity
- Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or mobile wallet credentials
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Providing false identity or payment information
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or verification processes
8.2 Use of Automated Systems
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets
- Employing third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Using VPNs or proxies to mask your true location
8.3 Money Laundering
- Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without genuine betting activity
- Using the Platform to transfer funds between parties

8.4 Consequences of Prohibited Activities
If tkop determines in its sole discretion that you have engaged in prohibited activities, we may take the following actions:
- Immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account
- Voiding of all pending and settled bets
- Cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings
- Confiscation of account balance
- Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and data compilations is the property of tkop or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Platform content
- Use the tkop name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkop shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime

- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials
In no event shall tkop's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that online betting involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree to hold tkop harmless from any losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
11 Dispute Resolution

11.2 Escalation

tkop's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding. By using the Platform, you agree to accept tkop's decisions and waive any right to pursue legal action except as required by applicable law.
12 Modification of Terms
tkop reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent modification.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure. tkop will process any remaining account balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.
13 Account Closure & Suspension
13.1 Voluntary Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and verification is complete.
13.2 Involuntary Closure
tkop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure to provide requested verification documents
- Abusive behavior toward tkop staff or other Users
- Extended period of account inactivity
13.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, you will no longer have access to the Platform. All pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Bonuses and promotional offers will be cancelled. Any remaining balance (excluding confiscated funds in cases of Terms violations) will be returned to you.
14 General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tkop regarding your use of the Platform.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
No waiver by tkop of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without tkop's prior written consent. tkop may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.
